set up appointment I called for an appointment and was told it would take between an hour to an hour and a half. I arrived on time and was greeted immediately. I was asked if I would like to wait or offered a ride to breakfast or home. The work was finished on time and I was told I would need some items in the future. No hard sell for anything. Crv august Brooks Falzone was very helpful in getting my car checked in and out for my upcoming trip.
