Always a pleasure going to this dealer I bought the car new from this dealership in 2005. I have had very good service and came to have confidence and trust dealing with Crown whether it was buying a different car or having the car serviced. One of the most outstanding service providers is Michele Dessert, the Service Drive Coordinator. She has been taking care of my auto maintenance for many years, going back to the old location of the Honda Dealership between 55th and 56th Avenues and 66th Street. Michele is outstanding in her response when I present a car problem or ask a question regarding maintenance of my car. She knows the Honda product inside and out. If she is not sure regarding a response, she will have an answer in a short time. In my mind she is an outstanding employee representing Crown Honda. More
