Overall Good Experience My 2007 Honda Civic was in need of service/repair on a Monday morning after another independent mechanic was unable to diagnose & fix for 3 weeks. F My 2007 Honda Civic was in need of service/repair on a Monday morning after another independent mechanic was unable to diagnose & fix for 3 weeks. From the time I pulled in(without scheduled appt) to Michelle Dessert, the Service Rep., and the mechanics it was great service. Michelle Dessert was fantastic in keeping me updated on the diagnostic testing, diagnosis and repair options. Up-front and personable, I would say. Honda was able to get my car in great working order, completing all the repairs in a timely manner. I will add, they covered expense of car rental. Thanks, Michelle Dessert & Crown Honda! More

I started in community relations back in 1990 as well, like Michele...in all those years I have rarely experienced such care & concern & personal atte I started in community relations back in 1990 as well, like Michele...in all those years I have rarely experienced such care & concern & personal attention as I have with Michele. She is a true asset to this organization...I wasn't too pleased with my first experience a couple of years ago (ordered a part, drove 30 miles round trip, & they hadn't gotten the part in though made they'd the appointment to put it in anyway, so half a day of valuable time was wasted) & had til now refused to go back. Michele managed to somehow get in touch with me & basically held my hand thru the process again (a much more positive one this time), took great care of me & in such a short amount of time, I now feel I can go back to Crown Honda in confidence & get my work done locally on my Honda Fit. If there was any way I could give Michele a raise, I'd do it in a heartbeat, she is personable, sharp as a tack, & totally on the ball ...thanks, Michele, for saving the day & winning this customer back to your dealership! saved me money Dawn Mechem advised me ahead of vehicle evaluation that since the car was not displaying the problem at the time of service the evaluation tools would Dawn Mechem advised me ahead of vehicle evaluation that since the car was not displaying the problem at the time of service the evaluation tools would not detect the problem and therefore my time and money would be put to better use if I returned when the problem became active again. This saved me $60.00. She also notified me that the car light lense cleaning is lifetime warranty at this dealership and instructions given to not wash my car for two days after lense cleaning. She requested dealer to wash car ahead of lense cleaning. More
