Bob Shelton's customer service is on point! I was due to have my tire replaced at a shop nearby and found that my glove compartment was stuck shut, I pulled up and Bob Shelton came to my rescue. He helped me get my tire unlocked so I could continue with the replacement. Thank you Bob for going above and beyond! I will continue to bring my Honda to Crown Honda for all future servicing. More

Been working with Daimara for all service visits I always receive prompt, courteous, and especially capable service from Daimara. I have had several warranty repairs that she has handled as well as n I always receive prompt, courteous, and especially capable service from Daimara. I have had several warranty repairs that she has handled as well as non-warranty. She has always been straight with me about what was covered, what not, and why. In addition, she is very good about returning my calls, even though she works under a heavy load of equally satisfied costumers. It is a good feeling to know that Daimara remembers my name, my cars, and that I can expect her friendliness and expertise when I come into the dealership. More

Saved me a bunch of money! I came in because I was having some weird noises with my car and took it to a local repair shop. They quoted me $800!!! I brought it in yo crown and w I came in because I was having some weird noises with my car and took it to a local repair shop. They quoted me $800!!! I brought it in yo crown and was helped by daimara Morrill and she said it was just a loose belt and fixed the issue for less than $100! She was so knowledgeable and made me feel like she was looking out for me. I will be bringing back all of our Hondas there! More
