Brooks knows OUR Honda Car had flashing check engine light requiring immediate attention. We went to the closest garage and they mentioned tune up and something with the ign Car had flashing check engine light requiring immediate attention. We went to the closest garage and they mentioned tune up and something with the ignition, I sent a text to Brooks Falzone on a Saturday and he replied immediately. He suspected something different and offered to call the independent garage directly. He determined that the car was safe to drive and scheduled us in first thing Monday. His suspicions were correct and the repairs were covered by Honda (repairs worth $1800)! Thank you Brooks. More

Even a routine oil change is met with professionalism, and care to me as I wait at the dealership while the work is being done. Snacks and water offered, and wait time is spot on! Based on the fact all the data required was correct she authorized the replacement key without Insurance Co approval sensitive to the fact I had waited long enough.
