Always pleasant to deal with, keep you posted on the status of your car, honest and trustworthy. courtesy shut — Randy stiles was my service advisor. Always pleasant to deal with, keep you posted on the status of your car, honest and trustworthy. courtesy shuttle is always a plus although I don’t normally use it. Awesome Service Experience What an awesome experience! I was greeted promptly from the time I pulled up in service area and was instructed to sign in. My service advisor, Michel What an awesome experience! I was greeted promptly from the time I pulled up in service area and was instructed to sign in. My service advisor, Michele Dessert was with another customer but to my surprise was available in minutes. The best experience of all was while I was waiting, I observed Michelle help an overly aggressive female customer whom was there to see another advisor that was unavailable. The woman was obviously in a hurry and was apparently more important than any other customer waiting(in her own mind). Michele having the time handled her concerns and totally turned the situation around to please an over the top customer! It was amazing to see this kind of excellent customer service in this day and time! Great job Michele! More

Daimara Morrill in service is wonderful! I have been going to Daimara for my honda service for several years, and she always goes the extra mile (pun intended) for me. I had a flat tire the o I have been going to Daimara for my honda service for several years, and she always goes the extra mile (pun intended) for me. I had a flat tire the other day and she helped me figure out the tire warranty service I had recently purchased and get everything taken care of for me as always. It's nice to have a person you can trust when you need service on your car. More

Excellent first impression. Early Saturday morning and I was walk-in customer for first 5k mile oil change and tire rotation. Eduardo Diaz made sure I understood that it could t Early Saturday morning and I was walk-in customer for first 5k mile oil change and tire rotation. Eduardo Diaz made sure I understood that it could take some time due to not having an appointment but that he would do his best to get it done as soon as possible. He pointed out the comforts of the waiting room and I went right to work on my laptop. Eduardo checked on my a few times and in a shorter time than I expected my car was ready. He explained the bill and I asked him about the discount I found online it was already account for. Nothing like being ahead of the game. Thanks Eduardo and thanks to Crown Honda for the great service. More
