I had the extreme pleasure to work with Tom Potter (Service Adviser) in the Service Department on my Mercedes CLS55 AMG. He is very knowledgeable on the car and provided "OUTSTANDING" service and pro (Service Adviser) in the Service Department on my Mercedes CLS55 AMG. What sets him apart from other advisers I have dealt with at other dealerships is his attention to detail (explains everything and does not rush through explaining the technical aspects), "TRUE Customer Service" and responding promptly to EVERY phone call/Voicemail. I will be recommending him to everyone that needs their car serviced. This service experience has by far been the best I have been to hands down. Dale Mabry is closer to us, but the quality of service and personal demeanor at Crown cannot compare, I will drive the extra distance with no complaints. More

Anytime I have a question Richard is there with the answer. Issues are far and few between afterall, my baby is a Mercedes Benz, but when anything does come up, Richard is right there to address it. I came in Monday with an alternator/ battery issue on my way to work. Richard secured a loaner for me and I was able to carry on with my day without issue. The follow up call confirmed what I thought...it was the alternator. Richard had his team run diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues and now my baby is running like a top. They even washed it! What a service department! Now that I've got her back, Anastacia is her name, the cosmos is back in balance and life is grand...thanks again Richard! More
When I brought my '07 SL550 in for its annual oil change, Tom greeted me in a very friendly manner and assisted my wife and me with coffee, drinks, and donuts for our wait. He soon brought to my attention, however, several other service items that should have been handled earlier in the year. As we discussed the details, he realized that these procedures should have been handled under the now-expired Certified Pre-Owned plan, so he went to bat for me with management to cover the charges. In the meantime, he acquired us a loaner car for the night and assured me the work would be completed the next day. When I returned to pick up the car, I was thrilled to find the work complete, along with other service bulletins handled, all at no charge. Although the drive to Crown Eurocars is long for me, rest assured I'll be returning, given the high level of customer service and dealer integrity. Last Monday my 03 Mercedes C240 broke down while I was driving and I had it towed to Crown EuroCars Mercedes service OF TRUE CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY! Last Monday my 03 Mercedes C240 broke down while I was driving and I had it towed to Crown EuroCars Mercedes service center. I didn't have an appointment and never brought my car there for service before. The staff in the service department was very friendly and made me feel at ease. They were so busy they had no loaner cars available and they promptly got me into a complimentary rental car. Tom Potter was the service advisor who handled my car. Tom treated me like a family member and went far above and beyond my expectations. Tom was honest, fair, friendly, and thorough in diagnosing the problem and resolving it. I purchased my Mercedes two years ago from Crown & my salesman was Tony Diamond. It was the best car buying experience I've had, and when he said it was then a relationship he proved he is a man of his w salesman was Tony Diamond. Recently I had a service issue & my husband called the 'other' Mercedes dealership on US19...they were unable to find the problem. Furthermore their service personnel were not the friendliest. We called Tony. In one day my dead car was picked up, repaired ( it was a battery! ), and returned to me nice & clean with the air running! The service man ( I'm sorry I do not remember his name )stopped doing what he was doing & politely listened to me & answered questions. That type of service is simply unheard of anymore & that is what sets Crown & Mr. Anthony Diamond 'head & shoulders' above the rest! I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you! Shaile More

There are no words to describe how much and to the extent that Bill Martin assisted me, he really pulled me out of a financial and emotional jam...So, here is the story...I recently paid off a 2001 S430-it w that Bill Martin assisted me, he really pulled me out of a financial and emotional jam...So, here is the story...I recently paid off a 2001 S430-it was not accelerating properly,so this week it goes in for repair and I assumed that it would cost a "bit", but when I received the news that repairs would cost more than worth of the car, I was totally freaked out and upset and ill prepared both financially and resouce-wise to obtain a new vehicle. I was in full panic mode. Additionally, I had anticipated driving my "paid in full" car around for a few more years at least with no car payments! But, alas, the "gods of Murphy's law" had another plan for me... So, my car being barely driveable, I returned to Crown to retrieve the key, and stood in the lot wondering what in the world was I going to do next. This is something a husband or your dad is supposed to be dealing with for you, and neither of those dudes are here currently! I had contacted other less than stellar car dealerships after receiving this awful news, and had planned to get the "dead" car towed to these places for appraisal, despite the fact that $ 3600 worth of repairs was still needed! (Good luck using that as a trade in) Long story short, between working my 12 hr hospital shifts, and having neither the finances or down payment and possibly not even credit to obtain a replacement vehicle, it was looking pretty grim. Then, along comes Bill Martin, who was sent to appraise my car as a courtesy so that I could at least have some basis for comparison...I was so stressed I finally just lost it and began crying, and was scared, and without a plan. He first ever so kindly offered coffee...which I greatfully accepted, then I spewed my sob story to him and he offered to try to "see what they could possibly do for me..." of course me being the skeptic due to the reasons stated above, I went to his office...thinking that I was just wasting his time and mine and that I'd better just hike it to drivetime or somewhere...enter Kevin Roberts, another angel from above! He began working on the financial process/lending aspect...In short-the day (and week) began as a nightmare and eventually turned into an absolute celebration of gratitude and blessings, somehow, some way, these gentlemen were able to not only get me financed and into a brand new 2012 C class, I was able to lease it! The best part is, I got to leave my old broken down tank right there in the car lot...without another worry.I walked out of that dealership a happy, happy, greatful customer!! If it weren't for Bill initially reaching out to me, offering his assistance and calming me with his friendly and professional demeanor...I have no idea where or what I would be doing right now, probably would have gone to a shady car sales place and driven off in a 2001 ford fusion since I was so discouraged by my situation...turns out I wasnt givingmy financial success and situation enough credit (no pun intended)...So, I like to call Bill an "angel from above", disguised as a salesperson...and Kevin Roberts, a financial angel from the heavens!! Life is funny sometimes, you never know when you are going to have the pleasure of running into angels on earth (and you dont have to be religious to get my drift)...and you never know when you will being truly cared about as a customer, and taken care of like a human being deserves to be. I know at the end of the day it comes down to numbers and money, but I can vouch for the fact that this experience came with a lot of kindness and sincere intention to help sprinkled in there...ok I have used all of the allotted space and then some. i hope you actually took the time to read this testimonial and consider this on your next journey for a car...whether it is planned or not.
