No customer service I have bought three cars from Mercedes and always service . But in the last four months i have not got the service I was acostom . I came in Nov for a check engine light on was told it was a egr valves and it would not be under warranty . Told them to go ahead do the work. I am a paraplegic so I have to stay with my van can't use there loaner car.after five hours told they didn't have parts . Asked if I could come back no problem. When I get home I look in my warranty book from Mercedes and find that park is covered so I inform Mr Charile apple he diss agrees so I speak to Frank caloriccii who does his due diligence and agrees that it is covered Great! So I wait for call to bring van back in get the call in dec bring back in sit for four hours then told a bolt or some other part didn't come in and asked if they could repair when it comes in. I agree and Mr Apple offered to pick van up day before the repair so the engine would be cool and I would not have to set there. Well it now almost march and I have not gotten a call . Check engine light still on . Crown does good work but there is a major breakdown in customer service . They did send me a card for a discount on future work but can't use it if they never take my call or repair van. More
