Crown Mercedes Does It Again! I Recently called Crown to schedule the 20,000 mile service on my 2014 550SL. As usual, the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Upon ar I Recently called Crown to schedule the 20,000 mile service on my 2014 550SL. As usual, the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, Richard Webb greeted me promptly and cheerfully. He even attended to a couple of extra items for me. My car was washed and ready when promised and everyone from the rental associate to the cashier were helpful and friendly. Willie J. Edmonds even showed me how to pair my new I phone to the car. Charlie Apple did a great jo The biggest issue I usually have with dealerships is feeling like I'm up to speed on exactly what's going on with my car. Charlie Apple did a great job of keeping me informed. He called regularly and called me back — promptly — when I called him. He was patient and never seemed like he was rushing to get me off the phone so he could do something else. He answered all my questions completely and clearly. He also did a great job in getting my repair approved and paid for by an independent company from which I'd purchased an extended warranty. John Heil, who dealt with me when I first brought the car in because Charlie was away, was likewise friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with employees like these leaves a very good impression in terms of the quality of service the customer feels he's received. The only suggestion I have for Crown and all auto service operations is that as part of the process the customer service reps should facilitate a conversation between the customer and the mechanic who'll actually do the work. More

Excellent service, as always I have been a customer of Crown EuroCars for almost 20 years, and have purchased several Mercedes vehicles from them. Until my latest, which was a GL- I have been a customer of Crown EuroCars for almost 20 years, and have purchased several Mercedes vehicles from them. Until my latest, which was a GL-450 SUV, I was a regular S-500 series purchaser. One of my earliest, and very best, contacts with them was meeting Richard Webb, my service advisor. He is VERY familiar with the various models, and their more common service issues. He is always friendly, honest and efficient. He always finds, and fixes, the problems described to him, even if they are uncommon. Have owned almost 25 Benz products in my lifetime, and I will not purchase them anywhere but Crown. Richard Webb is one very solid reason why. Because all vehicles, even Mercedes, need regular service. Sales staff has always been great to me, as well. Overall dealership rating from me would excellent. More

The door was held open and I went in to see my Service rep Mr. Richard Webb, with whom I have the utmost confidence and comfort. He also greeted me by my name and pulled up my cars service record and queried me on any other needs. I waited for my car as I sat in a very comfortable waiting room enjoying fresh coffee made to taste. Richard came in once to inform me of a screw in my tire, which they repaired at no charge. My car was washed, positioned for my leaving and once again greeted by a warm smile as I departed. Great experience and although more expensive than a box store, I felt confident and assured that my vehicle was in the best shape it could be. More
