The people at crown have always looked after every Mercedes we have had over the last 25 years to such a high level, from being treated by name to having my cars and now my van in tip-top shape. Had an issue recently with my CLA and quite frankly was leery of taking my car to a dealer due to expense. Don was professional and responsive from the start. He called me and kept me apprised of what was wrong. He didn’t try to cross sell me services I didn’t need. He was fast to have my issues diagnosed and was in contact with me throughout the whole process. In addition to my fix, we had a few other services performed that I requested.
