Excellent service as always!!! Had an unexpected problem arise with my new vehicle and had no idea what could be causing it. Made a call to Crown and asked for Charlie Apple for assistance with the issue. Charlie returned my call promptly to aid me with a solution to this problem. He immediately set up an appointment time to bring it in the next morning to get it resolved. The service was excellent in every way as it has been each and every time I visit Crown for what ever reasons it may be. Charlie Apple has been a professional help to me for several years whether answering questions or service or problems that have ever arisen. I appreciate Charlie and all of the staff I deal with at Crown each and every time I am there. As for this particular issue that I had to take care of, Charlie already had suggested what he thought it might be and he was right on target!! Prompt, Complete Care from Tom Cammarata Over a one week period I saw Tom twice on a moments notice. A new dashboard rattle prompted my visit, and Tom got me immediate attention from a servic Over a one week period I saw Tom twice on a moments notice. A new dashboard rattle prompted my visit, and Tom got me immediate attention from a service advisor, who found and solved the problem, having nothing to do with the automobile. One week later I drove in with a newly damaged front bumper/cover. Tom had the shop "expert" immediately examine the car, agreed he could repair it in the shop. Tom obtained a loaner car so I could leave my car, and the next day called to say the repair was completed. Tom was always pleasant, cordial and efficient, right up to the moment I departed from the dealership. At least a 5 star employee! More
