Tony Cintron is the best trainer! I bought a beautiful 2-year old certified pre-owned Mercedes E300 in October. I was overwhelmed at all the cool electronics that I had no clue how to use. I have had several training sessions with the very knowledgeable and capable teacher, Tony Cintron. He has spent a lot of time with me teaching me how to use my fantastic apps and capabilities of my beautiful new car! Every time I meet with Tony, I learn something new, and I am so excited to use it all. If it were not for Tony showing me all the features and functions of the car, I would still just be 'driving'. Because of Tony, I now LOVE my car and I look forward to more training With Tony the Expert! He is a joy to be around on top of knowing every detail of my car. His position is so important! Service Department Comes through again! I woke up one morning to a run-flat with 18 PSI -- not a good situation. Right then and there I started looking for an appointment using the Mercedes I woke up one morning to a run-flat with 18 PSI -- not a good situation. Right then and there I started looking for an appointment using the Mercedes Me app. As luck would have it, I was able to get a same-day appointment with Tom Cammarata. The dealership was having a holiday party but Tom and the crew stopped what they were doing to see about my vehicle. I was willing to wait on the tire replacement. Tom wasn't having any of that, and he insisted that I have a loaner just in case it took them longer than expected to get everything resolved. Turns out that was a good thing because he was able to make a claim on my tire policy -- but that always takes a bit longer because it needs to be approved. I got to test drive a brand new 2020 CLA250 (which was surprisingly nice!) for the day while they worked everything out with my vehicle. I'll gladly go back to Crown Eurocars and look for Tom if I need any other work done on my ride. More
