Excellent service as always!!! Even in the midst of the stress and concern due to the Covid=10 crises I was treated with world class excellence at Crown Eurocars as always. I had to get some general maintenance done on my vehicle and from the moment I arrived until all was done it was a pleasure. this time. I have had the privilege of working with Tom Cammarata in service dept many times in the past and looked forward to once again being helped by him this visit. Tom has and does go above and beyond to make sure everything is completed and done to satisfaction. Poor customer service when it comes to the service department. Details on parts were given a week prior to the service date, car was not repaired and I had to call to find out the status of the repair department.
