Bruno in car services was awesome! My car was missing the whee lock key when I purchased it, I went to car services for a replacement. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new one, which would have no whee lock key when I purchased it, I went to car services for a replacement. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new one, which would have not made me happy. Bruno, immediately took care of the situation and placed an order for new wheel lock key at no additional cost. This definitely made my day, great customer service and they even fixed my tire! Love this place compare to the other dealerships! I always feel welcome! More

I brought my car i for a check engine light. I paid over $1,300 to have it fixed. The next morning my car was turned on, the check engine light came on again. I brought my car back to the dealership and w $1,300 to have it fixed. The next morning my car was turned on, the check engine light came on again. I brought my car back to the dealership and was told that a new problem surfaced. This was hard to believe considering the fact that my car had not been driven since the repair. When After expressing my concern, my car was repaired again which caused me to pay another $670.56 for the repair. Two weeks later, my check engine light came on again. I called and left several messages for the service manager, Frank, but he did not return any of my calls. The lack of response made me feel as though the dealership knowingly failed to resolve the issue even though they collected my money. It also made me feel dismissed and like I was an unvalued customer. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a Mercedes dealership! More
