Simply said I have been taking my old 2011 C300 to Crown Euro cars since I purchased it. . and every time I've been more than satisfied with the level of service I have been taking my old 2011 C300 to Crown Euro cars since I purchased it. . and every time I've been more than satisfied with the level of service I received...This time it was a little more special because we like most Americans are feeling the financial impact of COVOD-19. In addition to being down to a one income household. Medical bills are continuing to pile up so when the news that the repair was going to be in excess of $6k. We were devastated. Our service specialist Andy Mrasz was so accommodating. patient and understanding. while we tried to figure out what our best options were . He did just about everything he could to help us find a way to get the cost down and the repairs done. He offered words of encouragement and made arrangements for the loaner to be picked up when I wasn't feeling well enough to drive. . Whenever he would call and I answered the phone he would say Hey Mrs. Bennett how you feeling today before we dove into the business side of the conversation. . (I'm tearing up just writing this). Although we will need to wait to get the car repaired. Sometimes you don't know how far your compassion for others will go. He is truly an example of what we need not just the interactions with customers but with each other everyday in ordinary lives. Even with that he was able to take care of my car to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Tom when taking your vehicle in for any reason. He also went above and beyond another issue I had with the engine a few days later and if I could give him 10 stars I would and he would have earned all of them. More

He arranged for the service to be done to the entire car inside and out and I was absolutely astonished that my car looked like brand new when I picked it up about four hours later. Pat is always friendly, in a great mood and gets the necessary work done when needed. He is the "BEST" at Crown Eurocars! More
