As a 1st time Mercedes owner, Crown Eurocars has exceeded my expectations. From the excellent care I was given when purchasing my Certified 2018 E400 Cabriolet to the exceptional service provided by Andy Mr my expectations. From the excellent care I was given when purchasing my Certified 2018 E400 Cabriolet to the exceptional service provided by Andy Mrasz on Oct 12, 2020 when I brought it in for it's first service. Andy made sure to check the car's history to see that I was actually due for B Service & Brake System Flush, rather than an A Service which I thought was due. I had a service call to get the maintenance done on my car and there was an issue with the warranty service that arose. Tom Cammarata in the service department was helping me and has for years with all of car and there was an issue with the warranty service that arose. Tom Cammarata in the service department was helping me and has for years with all of our vehicles. Tom went above and beyond in his assistance to me to find the reason for the issue and the answer to resolve it! I cannot say enough thanks to Tom for going out of his way to make everything work and less stressful in every way. I appreciate Crown Eurocars Mercedes and all of the professional staff in every Dept. I am grateful for folks like Tom that are part of that staff and make every visit a rewarding one. More

Frye, Shelly was very courteous, showed lots of knowledge, and service oriented. I called with a problem that said "DO NOT SHUT OFF VEHICLE" Andy Kinner answered me and said to bring my car in ASAP. I did so, and Andy arranged for a rental car. I kept the car overnight and drop VEHICLE" Andy Kinner answered me and said to bring my car in ASAP. I did so, and Andy arranged for a rental car. I kept the car overnight and dropped it off at the dealership the next day after Andy told me my car was ready. The battery was bad and covered by the warranty. Thanks Andy, great job! More
