I had the worst experience with the service department and their representative Andy Kinner. I recommend you stay far away from Crown Euro Cars. If your Mercedes is having issues please take it to another and their representative Andy Kinner. I recommend you stay far away from Crown Euro Cars. If your Mercedes is having issues please take it to another reputable dealer like Mercedes of Tampa Bay! I brought my AMG in because it was having a electrical draw on the battery. They claimed because it was a aftermarket battery it was not made for my car even though it is. They then charged me a ridiculous amount of diagnostic even though they refused to diagnose the battery draw. Thankfully I took it over to MB of Tampa and had the issue resolved. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere. More

First time utilizing the service department with Mercedes as Crown. Bruno Onetti is fantastic. We had an issue with the vehicle in OH and the dealership there had a great personnel but did not fix the issu as Crown. Bruno Onetti is fantastic.
