I was referred to Don Shelton for all of my service needs with my Mercedes and I am so very glad that I was. I talked with Don on the phone regarding a maintenance appointment for my GLK and he helped in eve with my Mercedes and I am so very glad that I was. When I brought my vehicle in for service and met Don the whole process from beginning to end was smooth and a pleasure. Don is professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions that I had about several issues.
