Don S. is a true professional and very knowledgeable in the complexity of my AMG E55. When it failed to start I called Crown and Don S. pointed me to the Roadside Service number and they, in turn, picked the complexity of my AMG E55. When it failed to start I called Crown and Don S. pointed me to the Roadside Service number and they, in turn, picked my car within 45 minutes and delivered it to the Crown service department. But that is not the whole story. Don S. understood how a full dash of warning lights and an in-op starter are definitely upsetting. So going forward, Don S. kept me in the loop from start to finish. He knew I was traveling on personal business and he called and kept me updated. When I got back from my trip, my car was waiting. Ready to go. Just like new. Finally, I want to pass on my personal thanks to the Crown Mercedes technician who diagnosed and fixed the problem. Nice work and I know the E55 can be challenging! Once again, my thanks to both of you for all the help provided and for getting me back on the road again! More
