Our Mercedes was due for its' 50,000 mile service and again we took it to Crown. Andrew Mrasz was our service representative. He quickly checked us in, got us a rental car and we were on our way. However, that same afternoon we received an email from Andrew indicating that the car was ready so we picked it up that afternoon. My first time at Crown Eurocars. Don Shelton took my call, listened to my problem, agreed that it might "heal itself" when the battery charged, but booked me a service appointment, Don Shelton took my call, listened to my problem, agreed that it might "heal itself" when the battery charged, but booked me a service appointment, early for the next day. Sure enough, the problem did heal itself but I came in anyway. I was overdue for a service. Don offered me a loaner if it went beyond to estimated time (I had an eye appt), The car was serviced by the time I got back from breakfast. Simone Miller gave me a tour of the dealership and gently reminded me that y'all sell cars too 😉 It was a low-pressure, consultative approach which both Don and Simone took.
