My boyfriend and I had searched for cars casually for months. My old car finally gave out all of a sudden and we had to get a vehicle in some what of a hurry. After going to 3 other dealerships we stopped into Mercedes of Tampa. To say it was a WASTE OF TIME was an understatement. Luckily, though, it caused us to end up at Crown EuroCars. Evidently NOT ALL MERCEDES LOTS ARE CREATED EQUAL. After speaking on the phone, we met Neville at Crown. He had the car I wanted to test drive ready and waiting. There was no confusion as to what was on the lot, available elsewhere or coming in on a shipment soon. He was an absolute JOY to work with. He was SO knowledgeable and ACTUALLY HELPFUL! You don’t get many salesmen or women that truly want to help. He searched for a while to find me the exact colors I wanted and was not upset or frustrated when it looked like I would have to buy it from another lot. We ended up in a totally different color combo GLB not because he was pushing for it, but because it made so much more sense for us. AND there was no way I was going to spend any more time at any other lots with these vulture salesmen that didn’t want to actually DO anything to help us. Crown EuroCars is almost an hour away from my home and not only will I send EVERYONE I know there, I will gladly make the trip to have my car washed because I know and trust this group. More
