We were in the midst of looking for a used Mercedes after the unfortunate demise of our previous vehicle. In the past we had the pleasure of working with Nicole Quezada, do I contacted her and explained o the unfortunate demise of our previous vehicle. She immediately remedied the situation and recommended several vehicles to meet our needs. Then she put us in contact with salesman Alex Elsedoudi who continued with the excellent service we had already received from Nicole. Alex Elsedoudi was an absolute pleasure to work with. He picked us up at our condo and took us to the Crown Euro Cars dealership to review the vehicles We made the perfect choice to purchase a 2015 Mercedes C300. He then guided us through the process of purchasing our 2015 Mercedes C300 with ease and a sense of humor, which was greatly appreciated. While Crown Euro Cars top of the line technicians ready our new purchase, we asked Alex if there was a restaurant we could walk to for lunch while we waited for our new purchase to be ready. He did one better, he drove us to Mazzaro's Italian Market, and picked us up after we had finished eating. Upon arrival back at Crown Euro Cars, our C300 was ready and waiting for us. Nicole Quezada and Alex Elsedoudi are prime examples of why anyone looking for a vehicle needs to go to Crown Euro Cars.
