The people at crown have always looked after every Mercedes we have had over the last 25 years to such a high level, from being treated by name to having my cars and now my van in tip-top shape. They have always accommodated my somewhat crazy schedule with ease and never an issue. We recently purchased a Sprinter van, and they went out of the way to bring to us a long past recall on the vehicle, which was never updated, and took care of it immediately, thanks to Bruno.
