I met with Gwen Auxt in the Service Department and she was phenomenal. She explained everything so that I could understand the process. I was not happy that I had to pay for the diagnostics on my vehic was phenomenal. She explained everything so that I could understand the process. I was not happy that I had to pay for the diagnostics on my vehicle. However, every employee I came in contact with was very helpful;. Calvin Goodwin escorted me to the Service Department due to Phillip Boone who I normally deal with was coming in at 11:00am that day. Carlos also was very helpful he took my keys to find where my vehicle was located. Overall everyone was very helpful, kind and concerned with you while being at Crown Eurocars. Thank you!!! More
