My experience with Crown was exceptional. Much of the credit is due to Ms Quezada's professional demeanor, coupled with her very pleasant, personal touch, that greatly influenced my decision. I have had a cou0le of small service issues on an '06 cpo car I bought in Virginia. I wasn't sure what sort of welcome I would get at the local dealer, but I am pleased to report it was first rate. I only downgrade them on price because I think they are simply too high...$80 for a set of wiper blades, for crying out loud! Just because you drive a Mercedes doesn't mean you have no concern for value. However, this is a complex car. Crown was great on a warranty issue; they even gave me a loaner car, which I think is quite generous in that I did not buy the car there. I will return happily for future service needs. Even though the prices seem high, these folks certainly seem honest, straightforward, and fair. More
