He would pick me up at the airport in Tampa, any day, any time, he said,to get to his office to complete this transaction, and even offered to return me to the airport if I decided after a personal inspection not to buy. As it worked out, I was unable to purchase this car because my dog "Molly" was vicously attacked by two huge dogs and is currently in the vet hospital in Raleigh, NC, where she is receiving round the clock care at considerable expense, deeply depleting my money reserves to the point that I felt I could not extend financially to purchase this car. Thats when I really got to know Al Kirschbaum! Unlike most other sales people that I have dealt with during my adult life,Al was onboard with my situation in a way that showed he is truly a fine person. He personally took charge of making sure my deposit was properyl credited back to me, and even after all the dealings were closed, called to see how our pet was getting along. Just a few comments on my experience with Al Kirschbaum at Crown. I spent months shopping on the internet for a car for my wife’s birthday. I dealt with many people via phone and email and the options quickly became overwhelming. However, I was lucky enough to become engaged with Al Kirschbaum at Crown Eurocars in Saint Petersburg Florida. Al made all the difference in the world for me. He took a “no pressure, and educational” approach that fit me perfectly. He made himself available where others did not bother to return a phone call or email. After making my decision, (or at least narrowing it down), I found the service to be exceptional. Al and the people at Crown were expert at handling the details of the transaction to my specifications. All I had to do was come into the dealership, inspect the car, (Which was in perfect condition as Al described), and sign the papers. They even took the time to pick me up at the airport and deliver me back in time to make my flight home. In addition to that, Al was extremely diligent in handling the details for shipping the car to me after the sale. I could not have asked for better service. If someone were to ask me; would I purchase a car from Crown again? – Yes. Would I work with Al again? – Yes. And finally, am I happy with my experience at Crown? – Yes!
