Keep in min that this was my first Mercedes’ purchase. Originally we were looking at Toyota and went across the street to Crown Eurocars. When we test drove the car we let him know that we weren’t going to be purchasing that day. He gave me his card and I contacted him a few weeks later to purchase. Very nice process and would recommend to everyone I know! P.S. I did visit a few other Mercedes’ dealerships in the Meantime and they knew nothing about the vehicles and we’re super aggressive. More

I arrived on a Saturday nearing the end of the day with a problem with my sunroof. It wouldn’t close and we were due for lots of rain. Even though she was busy assisting 2 other clients, she acknowledged me when I arrived and addressed me in a very timely manner. She stayed in contact with me to keep me posted of the progress as well, which I greatly appreciated. Gwendolyn was very professional, courteous, and friendly.
