I arrived at the dealership on 01/18/2011 at 12pm to meet with Paul Livernois. The first thing he did after greeting me in a very gracious manner was to apologize for any inconvenience do to remodeling of th with Paul Livernois. The first thing he did after greeting me in a very gracious manner was to apologize for any inconvenience do to remodeling of the Mercedes-Benz offices. I was interested in replacing my 2008 C300 with a 2011 E350 Coupe. After test driving both a 2011 C350 and E350 to compare handling, power, etc. I sat with Paul and decided that the E350 had everything I was looking for in a new vehicle. Paul went over the financial criteria for completing the transaction and he completed the necessary paperwork while I relaxed. After the deal was completed I finished up the final paperwork with Larry Bearnarth, Financial Services Manager, who spent some time with me talking baseball. Larry's father played for the Mets and was the Montreal Expos pitching coach for years! When I left Crown Eurocar at 630pm in my new E350 everything was completed...registration, insurance, instructions , etc thanks to the diligence and courtesy of Paul. I left feeling special. Everyone I dealt with were totally professional and extremely friendly. I am a Crown Eurocar guy for life!! More
It's always a pleasure to work with Nicole Quezada. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through her. For example, it was our intent to purchase a late model, low mileage vehicle for a college student. After some thought she suggested that we consider a one payment three year lease getting what we want instead of settling for something used that was less than what we wanted. She got the job done for the price we wanted to pay with a better than expected outcome. Perhaps it's needless to say that we will and have recommended Nicole to our friends. And, yes, I will be buying from her in the future. Nicole is a valuable asset to Crown Eurocars! More

I This is my first experience buying a mercedes and thus far it has been a very horrible experience. Initially we met with Jason Dees to find out more about mercedes. He had someone physically appraise my car for a trade in and gave me an offer for my car. Also since it was the end of the year there was an offer we had in the mail for a $1000 holiday bonus he said of course he would accept. So in then end after looking around we decided to go with mercedes. We met with Jason two weeks later to purchase the mercedes, and the offer he gave us for the trade in was $1500 dollars less than he originally offered for my car. When it came to the holiday bonus he said it was already reflected in the MSRP. So really there were no deals. When I asked why all the sudden he isn't going to give me what he promised me for the trade in he said defensively "stocks have gone down in the last two weeks." These people are your typical "car salesman" they are taught to lie to get you in there and then change everything once you chose them. Jason was very dishonest and unprofessional. We ended up purchasing the car but are no longer working with Jason. Still in the end was a poor choice. I wish we would have walked out then and never even purchased the car there. The deal was made on a tuesday and my car was promised to me on friday. Thursday they tell me it won't be ready by then but it is in bound and we should be able to expect it between the next monday and wednesday. Today is Tuesday and today I'm told that the car was never in bound last week and is in bound right now but the truck carrying my car broke down so won't be ready until later. I was also told the car is coming from the same state I live in, so Im confused to why it is taking so long. It's lies lies lies, one right after another. At this point I feel like I will never get the car. I do not trust this dealership or a single person working there. Now after the fact when I ask around I have heard many negative things about this dealership and wish I would have known this all before. I will never buy from this dealership again and I will be very vocal with friends and colleagues to make sure they don't make the same mistake!! More

She went to great lenght to make sure I will be happy with my choice. I was very suprised when I went to Crown to pick up my car after returning from a business trip. I was looking forward to getting in my new car, but Nicole had something special waiting for me -- the car was brought in the show room, well decorated and detailed (and I walked right pass it twice with out noticing that this is the car I will be driving home tonight). The customer service did not stop there; Nicole took her time to make me feel even more happy with my decision by explaining all the neat futures my car has. This was the most pleasant and efficient car buying experience I have ever encountered. My experience with Crown 6 years ago buying the 2005 C320 ( which I traded in yesterday) was great also. From the first phone call with her, to making the deal, to showing me the featues of my new GLK, Nicole was just the best!!! I loved my C320 and was not sure I wanted to part with it, even after 6 yrs.
