We weree immediately greeted at the dealership by a lady in a golfcart. We told her we were interested in a new Mercedes. She told us she would send out a salesman. Paul came over to greet us. He was very intent on listening to everything we had to say. We test drove several cars, placed comparison cars side by side. Took the car home to make sure it would fit in the garage. He went over all the bells and whistles of the car. In the end within 5 days he had ordered and we were driving off in our perfect car which we love. More
