I've been a customer of Crown Eurocars for 7 years. I leased a 2004 Mercedes Benz Kompressor new and loved it and ended up purchasing it. I was very disappointed but I then decided to possibly buy a new Mercedes since I really liked my Service Rep.,Richard Webb, who has always treated me with utmost professionalism and respect. When I walked into the showroom, I was immediately approached by Matthew Taneja with enthusiasm and high energy. He didn't high pressure me and listened to my needs. In addition, all of the other sales persons were friendly and helpful. When I went back to the dealership ready to buy, Matthew supported my different thoughts about what I wanted / needed but professionally steered me toward the car I ended up test driving and leasing / purchasing. In the finance office I was treated professionally and everyone worked very hard to give me what I wanted / needed. I thought the finance rep. was exceptional and very friendly. The car was gorgeous when I accepted delivery and everything was completed in a timely manner. Matthew sat in the car with me and explained every button and feature on the car. He also helped me set up bluetooth which I appreciated. Throughout the process I was treated well and supplied with lots of water and coffee - whatever I requested. David was a pleasure to work with. It was an added bonus that he knew all the features of the Viper I bought. About a week after I purchased a Certified Preowned Mercedes (this is my second MB)from Crown I had a few questions and concerns related to the sale. I contacted Crown and ask to speak to Larry Casto, Mercedes (this is my second MB)from Crown I had a few questions and concerns related to the sale. I contacted Crown and ask to speak to Larry Casto, the General Manager. I learned that Mr. Casto was out and would return on 17 May. I receieved a return call and was informed that Mr. Casto could meet with me anytime after that. I scheduled an appointment and we agreed to meet on the 18th. Prior to my visit Mr. Casto reviewed the records of my purchase and also discussed the matter with his sales manager and business manager. The meeting included Mr. Casto, myself, Mark the business manager and Garvin from sales. The meeting was very beneficial and fruitful. Mr. Casto took the time to listen to my concerns and he addressed everyone of them. He demonstrated a genuine concern for customer satisfaction and also was not afraid to offer an apology for any short comings on the part of Crown. The apology wasn't necessary and he did a great job at making me a happy and satisfied customer. I tend to buy a lot of cars and would not hesitate to return to Crown or recommend them to others. She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Said she would look the next day, Sunday, on her day off as there was only one car within 14 states like I wanted but they weren't answering. On Sunday, she called, had found that the car was available, and we discussed price. I said I wanted it. On Monday, she called and said the car would arrive on Tues. and be ready on Wed. We discussed maintenance and warranty plans. Wed. morning she called with the total due. She picked me up at home, took me to Crown Eurocars and I bought the car. Nicole was just as nice, professional and knowledgeable in person as she had been on the phone. I would recommend Nicole to anyone I know who is looking for a MB. It is amazing that most of this transaction was done by phone. Also, Mark Israel, the financial manager, could not have been nicer or more efficient. Everyone at Crown Eurocars seems happy. Brought my SLK in for tires, but am nearing end of lease. Ended up getting me into a brand new 11 C 300, zero money transacted, fresh new lease, Gorgeous Amazing New Car, which I drove home in, within a few short hours. Kevin, the finance man, treated me calmly, listened to my fears and concerns with attentiveness, and allowed me true freedom to choose accessories, NOT ONCE, did I feel the old fears of buying a car.
