Thanks to Nicole Quezada and her honest professionalism, we are once again firmly in the Mercedes camp. If Nicole told us she could do something, she did it; her honesty and courtesy were a breath of fresh air. Without her working to facilitate our deal, I doubt it would have happened. After being greeted by David, I inquired about a car I saw on their website (which they have optimized for the iPhone...another great plus!). I told him how much I was comfortable paying and he didn't even have to "check with his manager", as the case with most dealerships. We agreed on a price and he offered to let me take the car for the day to make sure it was the right fit for me. I called him from work to let him know I loved the car and he had everything ready for me when I returned. The fastest, most courteous, no pressure and genuine car buying experience I've ever had and I owe David for the great customer service. David must truly enjoy being around people and selling cars...and it shows. I've been back to the dealership a few times for some minor service issues and he always greets me with a warm smile and friendly handshake. When people talk about buying a car, it is usually negative about the sales process and I am confident in recommending this dealership for a no-hassle experience...and don't forget to ask for David! Everything about this experience was terrific. I first visited Nicole in April when I had decided that I wanted the Mercedes ML350. Unfortunately at that time, the pricing just didn't work with my budget, and the fact that I had two trade-ins (long story). But in June, she sent an email saying it was the end of her quarter and she was able to deal. She remembered me, she remembered exactly what I wanted, down to the detail of disliking the wood steering wheel and preferring all leather. She was able to find the right car and put together a deal that got me exactly the numbers I was looking for. I have bought several cars in my life, but no salesperson was ever as attentive as she was. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. More
