Like most people in their 60's I have bought many cars both new and preowned. I recently traded in my 2007 CLS 550 for a 2009 Diamond White CLS 550. I now can honestly say that I have never met a sales pe both new and preowned. I recently traded in my 2007 CLS 550 for a 2009 Diamond White CLS 550. I now can honestly say that I have never met a sales person like Dennis Campbell who so responsive to every one of my needs. In general, a preowned car may exhibit some flaws compared to a new car. When I pointed out a couple things that required attention, Dennis made sure each one was addressed and completed to surpass my satisfaction. My 2009 CLS 550 is as good as new. While the work was being performed, I received emails almost everyday addressing the progress along with several phone calls. Before I retired, I spent most of my career in Customer Service Senior Management. It was the few people like Dennis that made me look good and hold that position until I retired. It was over three weeks after I pick up our car that I received a follow up email from Dennis asking if I required any further assistance. It is rare to find people like Dennis!!! I would also like to thank Preowned Sales Manager Michal Niezbecki for his professionalism in making my wife and I feel at ease at closing the deal that included the great trade in offer for the 2007 CLS 550. If a buyer is going to finance a car they will not meet a better Business Manager than Marc Israel. Marc found a below market interest rate for us and was terrific in helping us throughout the entire process. More

The price has always been very competitive but more importanly because of the commitment of my sales person Nicole and the whole Crown team. The service department is very friendly and experienced and want to take care of your issues. They make you feel like you are at home, relaxed and enjoy being in their business. Follow up surpasses any other Mercedes dealership and they have always been there for me. I just leased a C-Class for my 16 year old and never thought about going anywhere else. Enjoy the experience of picking out your new car and then enjoy your new car as you drive it out of the dealership. More

We had a deal on the table with Lokey dealership that went bad days before we were supposed to complete transaction and they were to deliver vehicle. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. They did not charge us for deposit until we had the vehicle. They answered our questions and were very explanative of service options. We would definitely refer future purchases at Crown to our friends and family. More

He made sure that I would understand everything about the GPS and to use his words "I am a phone call away"...my husband does not have too much patience....Mr. Martin accommodated him in every way.... I saw an ad on Crown's website for a 2008 Lexus RX350 loaded with extras. After taking it for a test drive with Paul Livernois, the tires proved to be cupped and made a horrible noise. I was assured I would receive new tires and if there was a problem it would be taken care of. A price was finally agreed upon and I picked up the car a few days later. While Mr Nezbecki requested that I leave my 2001 Lexus because he was going to wholesale it, I note that it was not wholesaled but is currently on the lot. All in all, everyone on the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and I am happy with the new car. More
