Just a few comments about Al Kirschbaum. in having had a bad experience years ago at "Crown" this time I had the extreme pleasure of a real class act, Al was friendly and extremely accommodating. When calling about the car Al offered to come in on his day off which was also a Sunday. he opened the dealership for us and we viewed the car, Al was not pushy or over zealous! he made me feel comfortable. we took delivery of the car the following Saturday and to my surprise, I got a text from Al Saturday night making sure I got home ok and that the car was satisfactory, he impressed upon me to please come in ASAP for a training on all the bells and whistles, as he wanted us to know everything about the car and how to correctly operate everything. This experience has turned me and my feelings around 360 from the last experience. If you need a car the guy to see is Al @ Crown he will exceed your expectations in every aspect of car shopping!
