Last Monday my 03 Mercedes C240 broke down while I was driving and I had it towed to Crown EuroCars Mercedes service OF TRUE CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY! I didn't have an appointment and never brought my car there for service before. The staff in the service department was very friendly and made me feel at ease. They were so busy they had no loaner cars available and they promptly got me into a complimentary rental car. Tom Potter was the service advisor who handled my car. Tom treated me like a family member and went far above and beyond my expectations. Tom was honest, fair, friendly, and thorough in diagnosing the problem and resolving it.
