We had purchased a Jaguar XKR from your dealership in 2007 and was treated very well by Len Wallace and your service department, so when we decided to purchase a new Mercedes, we decided to give Crown a 2007 and was treated very well by Len Wallace and your service department, so when we decided to purchase a new Mercedes, we decided to give Crown a chance to win our business in that division. Tony was great in so many ways. His knowledge and expertise of the Mercedes vehicle was very impressive to start with. When we had decided exactly what options, color, etc. we were interested in purchasing, he went to work! He found us exactly what we were looking for and also helped us get our much desired chrome wheels that really set the gorgeous car off! He also offered us a price we couldn't refuse which closed the deal quickly. The new state of the art vehicles are hard to keep up with, but Tony has definitely been doing his homework and has an answer to every question, and we had a lot! The agreement was reached by phone the next day as my husband was at home for the estimate and we needed to talk about it. We also needed the vehicle before years end and we had their assurance that they could deliver. They did and the meeting with the finance director was easy. When I brought my '07 SL550 in for its annual oil change, Tom greeted me in a very friendly manner and assisted my wife and me with coffee, drinks, and donuts for our wait. He soon brought to my attention, however, several other service items that should have been handled earlier in the year. As we discussed the details, he realized that these procedures should have been handled under the now-expired Certified Pre-Owned plan, so he went to bat for me with management to cover the charges. In the meantime, he acquired us a loaner car for the night and assured me the work would be completed the next day. When I returned to pick up the car, I was thrilled to find the work complete, along with other service bulletins handled, all at no charge. Although the drive to Crown Eurocars is long for me, rest assured I'll be returning, given the high level of customer service and dealer integrity.
