I came in Monday with an alternator/ battery issue on my way to work. Richard secured a loaner for me and I was able to carry on with my day without issue. The follow up call confirmed what I thought...it was the alternator. Richard had his team run diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues and now my baby is running like a top. They even washed it! What a service department! Now that I've got her back, Anastacia is her name, the cosmos is back in balance and life is grand...thanks again Richard! More

He could have ran...but instead he took the challenge and took the three of us out on a test drive. I purchased that mercedes we drove that day and my boys still talk about that test drive! I loved that car and after many trips to soccer,football and track meets as well as both boys learning to drive in it, it was time for a new car.
