Ron quoted me an extremely attractive price on my 2013 SL550, and also priced my trade higher than any other dealer in my local area. Ron introduced me to Kevin Roberts, the Financial Services Director at Crown Eurocars. On deliverly day I arrived with a check expecting to pay cash for the car. My bank's auto loan rate was 2.99%, too high for me. Kevin found me a 1.3% auto loan that was too good to resist, and I took him up on the offer. Ron and Kevin made my purchase a pleasure, they even offered to deliver the car to me, 125 miles southat no additional charge. Yes, I will return to Crown Eurocars for my next Mercedes Benz. He is very knowledgeable about all of the cars and is able to express detailed and technical information in a manner that is easy to understand--he allows the cars to sell themselves. He imparts his own personal experiences, which we found very helpful, and never pressured us. He made himself available for as much time as we needed and let us drive several cars over a period of a week and half, including some more than once, because he wanted us to be sure about such an important decision. He was positive and tireless in answering our many questions--no question was too trivial. He was always pleasant, patient and encouraging while we were trying to decide on a car.
