This is my 5th or 6th vehicle we have purchased from Crown since 2010. I'm amazed that Crown can make the experience better and better each time. The staff (Greg, Ken, and Michal) that assisted me with my purchase was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Greg Sarantis was the perfect gentleman and possessed superior knowledge about the 2007 Mercedes we were interested in. When we went back to the dealership, we were only in the used car parking are for about 2 minutes when Greg came out, re-introduced himself, and walked us through the workings of the car. He then took us on a test drive and showed me where all the bells and whistles were located and how everything operated. He knew his product! When we actually started the purchase process that afternoon, Greg showed us all the paperwork, worked out a price we all agreed on, and set it up for us to return and buy the car the next day, Thursday, Aug 29. When we came back Thursday, Greg again went over the paperwork and Ken Klak came and introduced himself. When we went to the business office, Ken was extremely helpful and we accomplished the required paperwork in minimal time. Both of these sales reps did an outstanding job! More

Based on the inventory available, I visited Crown Eurocars in St. Pete, about 23 miles from my home. It was a busy afternoon, but I was helped by Jim Smith who showed me the vehicles. Jim introduced me to Marc Sexton who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the vehicles and working out deals for me to consider. Jim and I test drove the SL63 and the SLS AMG GT. I decided to buy the more expensive SLS AMG GT, so we negotiated a trade on my 2012 Porsche Carrera S that was very acceptable. Marc worked up numbers that made sense, so I decided to buy this amazing supercar. Finance director, Kevin Roberts did a great job in explaining all the options with no pressure. I made my choces as the service department got my new car ready. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I've had a any dealership. More
