Since the car was being ordered, we were approximately two months out from delivery and it occurred to me that lease rates could very well change in that time. When I asked Jason what would happen in that circumstance, he replied that we had a deal and, if rates changed, Crown would eat the difference, not me. That tells you all you need to know about how they do business. Simply put, they believe in treating people right. After all, why sell a guy one car and make a few extra bucks, when you can treat him right and sell him five cars over the next few years? John did a great job fielding my various production and shipping-related emails, as well as with the delivery process, itself. Kevin made the business aspects of completing the lease a pleasure. The customer service provided by Jim was absolutely outstanding. I live in the Northeast and this was my first long-distance purchase of a vehicle. Prior to my visit to the dealership Jim provided numerous pictures of the car from every angle I requested - inside and outside the car. When I traveled to FL to see the car in person Jim met me at the airport and transported me to and from the dealership. The car was ready and waiting for me at the dealership when we arrived. The vehicle was as advertised and was in excellent condition as promised. Ken Klak had all the paperwork ready for review and signing with no surprises. Jim had me back to the airport in about two hours from the time we departed. Jim worked with the transport company and arranged the shipping to my home in the Northeast. The car arrived within five days with no issues. Jim was prompt, courteous, direct, and he valued my time. It was a long distance to travel for a car but it was a special car and special service.
