I was looking to purchase a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA250. I sent an email and got an almost immediate reply from Larry Chapman. He was willing to come in early and have the car ready for me to test drive and he did just that. When I finally got to meet Larry in person he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did not try to sway me with the tactics typical car salesman use, he just listened and answered my questions. When I decided to purchase the car, he got all his paperwork ready very quickly and sped up to total process. I was at the dealership for a total of two hours!!! That is the fastest I have ever purchased a car! Needless to say I am VERY pleased with the service I got from Larry at Crown Eurocars. I was in the market to upgrade my current 2006 CLS 500 for a 2012 CLS 63 AMG and came across your dealership. In this instance we negotiated over the phone and they offered me what I was looking for on my trade. Sent a carrier to pick it up and rolled out the "red carpet" for me to take delivery. I would highly recommend using them and my next purchase I won't even need to visit the dealership as Jim knows my taste and I will just have them ship the car to me. Upon my initial arrival, Jim picked me up from the airport and had everything in place for my test drive - he devoted the entire afternoon to me and had my owners manual ready for me to take back on the plane. How did he know me so well that I would want to read up and get familiar ahead of my scheduled delivery. Finance I dealt with Marc Israel and one car guy to another we connected and he made the finance easier than most dealerships in my location. It was unbelievably simple and straight forward. I am still amazed at how easy this was. My next upgrade will be from Crown and Jim. More
