If it isn't broken..... 7 years ago I bought a used Jaguar S type from Karl Peterson at Crown Jaguar. It was a great car and Karl helped my get a great deal. I loved that car but 7 years and 135,000 miles later, it was time. I needed a new car quick. I looked online and then remembering my past experience I gave Karl a call. He helped me out in record time. After a conversation regarding what I was looking for, he had helped me pick out a 2011 C300 Mercedes and I was on my way up to check it out. He had everything ready for me when I got there. We test drove it and I loved it. Another great deal! Before I knew it I was heading home in my new car. This happened in 1 day. Karl was courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me all the features of the car. I am now enjoying my new car. It couldn't be any better I have been in the market for a CPO 2012 Mercedes E350 for about a month and unfortunately, have not really had any time to shop. I was willing to buy a car unseen except through photos if it met my criteria in terms of quality, price and ease as I just did not have hte time to physically shop around. I found the car I wanted on the web and contacted Crown. Greg got back to me almost immediately and provided with the kind of service that you hope to get but rarely do. We exchanged emails, never talked on the phone (though he call several times). He responded to all of my questions and concerns very timely via email. (I am not sure if he sleeps or ever disconnects.) In any event, the transaction was completed with minimal effort on my part and the car was shipped to our house 300 miles away. The car was better than we expected! The service was spectacular. It couldn't have been easier. I would recommend Greg wholeheartedly to anyone.! More

Crown Eurocars is one of the most professional dealerships that I have conducted business with anywhere. The service was great but the best part of the entire experience was my sales person, Omar Rodriguez. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Not only did he meet my expectations, Omar exceeded them in every way. He truly got me a great deal in finding the car I wanted. Omar is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Mercedes brand.
