Leased a '14 S550 from Anthony Diamond after having a pleasant experience dealing with him a year prior on a '12 S550. Had to turn in previous lease and we worked out a deal where some of my remaining payment would go in to the new car lease and they would take of remaining payments. We completed the deal and then Anthony went to retrieve the old car and saw the miles and told me I would be responsible for the excess miles. I told him that they wrote the miles on the buyer's order and they did not make any effort to tell me about the charges when the deal was drawn up. The finance manager said that there was no miles written on any of the paperwork and we went over it and it was written on the buyer's order. Both Anthony and the finance manager denied writing down the miles on the paperwork and promptly made me sign a new buyers order. Now they are insisting that I pay the excess miles. We were there for five hours and and Anthony neglected to see the miles on the old car. I tried to get this matter resolved with Mercedes Benz Financial Services and we did a conference call with Anthony and he told me his sales manager would call me back. Instead I received and email from Anthony stating that I am responsible for the miles and they wouldn't do anything. I did not get a call from the sales manager and set up another conference call with MBFS and the sales manager and he said to speak with the finance manager. MBFS rep left a message with the finance manager and he did not get back to them. We set up another call but the finance manager will not contact MBFS regarding this matter. Two months later, the matter is still unresolved with no cooperation from Crown Eurocars. More

Well, Bill Martin did it again. This is our 2nd mercedes leased form him in as many years and he delivered as promised. Bill and the staff at corwn are top level. they definitely make you feel like famiy and eliminate all the typical high pressure tactics associated with dealers. no tricks or gimmicks. they deliver as promised every time. Once you work with Bill you have a friend and car associate for life. I can truly say that I have never had a more pleasant experience getting a car in my life. all of the staff at crown, especially Bill, are by far the most professional and knowledgeable in the business. I am in the military and no matter where my career takes me throughout the country I will continue to go to crown. No dealership in the country has matched their professionalism/deals/hospitality.
