THEY FIXED ANOTHER DEALER INCAPACITY OR LACK OF HONESTY. We took our Jaguar to Wilde Jaguar in Sarasota because the car will "shake" when reached 60 miles. We were told that the car had flat spot because we did not drive it enough, (2600 miles) in 6 months. They wanted to sell us a new set of tires, when the car is not a year old. At that time we contacted the Corporate office in NJ and they suggested that we take the car to another dealer. That's when we went to Crown Eurocars. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. They contacted the Corporate Office, and replaced the tires without cost, since they were under warranty. They are honest, professional and hard working people, that don't try to take advantage of older customer like us. THANK YOU KAREN, THANK YOU GARY. More

Classic Bait & Switch Requested a quote for a specific car with a specific VIN. Email replied with requested info asking me when I would like to come in to see the vehicle Requested a quote for a specific car with a specific VIN. Email replied with requested info asking me when I would like to come in to see the vehicle. Stopped by the dealer next day. Salesperson wasn't sure if the car was luxury or sport model and said photos may be incorrect. Then said the car has been sold, but he can sell me a different car that is $4K more. Said I have experienced the classic bait & switch and walked out the door. More

Always felt that I was treated like an idiot and that they were trying to screw me. I had done my homework and knew the values of the vehicles I was looking at and also knew the value of my Jaguar. Jim didn't try to fool around with the trade in value as we both knew what it was worth. After a little negotiation we came to a price we could both be happy with. I am an educated 65 year old who has purchased over thirty vehicles and this was one of the few times I walked away completely satisfied and not feeling I got screwed.
