He truly cared about my wants and needs, he followed through until the end, and then went a step further. I live in Knoxville, TN and he is in Florida. He called me to ask if I had any questions about the car or if I wanted to spend time over the phone reviewing how to use all the computer technology that comes with the car. He arranged to take home the same car that I bought so that we could have a telephone meeting on a Sunday morning. He sat in his car and me in mine.
