I did not have time to negotiate with any single dealer and wanted the out the door cost. After ordering he kept me appraised on the status and provided me with the VIN Number after it was built in Germany and provided the name of the container ship it was arriving on. I am happy with my car, the price, and the customer service. I just wanted the car as fast as possible and at an agreed price with no surprises or sales pitches. More

Crown dealership customer for over 20 years, so we went there. Salesman Karl Peterson showed us the vehicles we were interested in (primarily GL and ML models), and greatly assisted my wife in selecting her new Mercedes SUV. She has only had it for one day, but is already in LOVE with it.
