He worked diligently to get me a great trade in on my BMW and worked out an incredible deal to get me into the new Mercedes. He listened and responded to my requests. He took care of all of the deal and got me in front of the Marc Israel, the Business Manager and got me out the door with very little time on my part. It was an awesome buying experience. He even got me a loaner so I could take care of some business while they got my car ready to go. Exceptional service in days when many dealerships have forget how to take care of customers. More
