What a great place to purchase a car from Once you purchase a car from Crown you'll never buy a car from anyone else. I have now purchased my 10th car since 2010 from Crown and Dave Siskin. No Once you purchase a car from Crown you'll never buy a car from anyone else. I have now purchased my 10th car since 2010 from Crown and Dave Siskin. Not only is everyone at the dealership wanting to help you and make sure that all your questions and concerns are answered, but the financial aspect of the deal is one that brings me 45 minuets alway from my home to purchase a car from them instead of the local Mercedes dealership 10 minuets away.. As far as sales people, you can't ask for a better guy than Dave. Dave always call you back with information when he says he will along with the great knowledge which helps me be comfortable with the purchase. Then he follows up a few days later with a call to make sure I'm happy and answer any questions I have. Thanks Crown for making me feel like I'm dealing with family and make me fee so important. More

Outstanding customer service!!!! I came to check on new CLA250 and dealership was closed. Sales person was closing and moving cars around. I was approached by Zoltan (sales consultant I came to check on new CLA250 and dealership was closed. Sales person was closing and moving cars around. I was approached by Zoltan (sales consultant), and ask if he could help me somehow. Told Zoltan what I came for, and he immediately offered to show me how that particular model looks like. I scheduled test drive for next day, and met with Zoltan. He provided outstanding and entertaining customer service. End up buying C300. I purchase many cars through different dealerships, but this was one amazing experience! I would highly recommended this dealership, and specifically Zoltan, my sales guy.
