I drove and looked carefully at anything that caught my eye. On purchase date, things went very smoothly with Tony, and Kevin Roberts ( financial services). In my opinion, the pricing is very fair, and I have looked around. The concierge, Willie, took his time helping me understand the features of my new car. Tony got through to USAA to get my insurance coverage done without a hitch. I highly recommend this dealership, and I will be back when it is time to replace my vehicle. Great job!?? More

Expect Excellence I have been dealing with Tom Cammarata for several years since I've been buying Mercedes and he never disappoints. This time, I was a bit unprepared for the additional services and repairs my car needed beyond its regular maintenance. That's where Tom helped tremendously. He suggested I might be able to purchase a pre-paid maintenance package and contacted Kevin Roberts to verify my eligibility. Thank goodness I was able to utilize this service for the additional attention my car needed. I'm always satisfied with the help Tom provides. Crown Mercedes Does It Again I contacted Crown Eurocars to make an appointment for the 20,000 mile service on my 2014 Mercedes 550SL. When I arrived, Richard Webb promptly greeted I contacted Crown Eurocars to make an appointment for the 20,000 mile service on my 2014 Mercedes 550SL. When I arrived, Richard Webb promptly greeted me as usual and quickly saw to my service request. He also addressed a couple of extra issues for me. He then transferred me to Chris Sanborn who very courteously provided me with a loaner car. My car was washed and ready as promised with everything completed.
