It was by far the easiest exchange we've ever had with a dealership. Ron was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for at the best price. Everything was done via email, which was a huge time-saver for us. Cars were delivered directly to our home and we were met by a representative to sign all the paperwork from the comfort of our home (plus, they gave us full tutorials on how to use all the bells and whistles on our new machines!). Smooth and Painless, the way a deal should be! I have purchased many cars over the years and I really enjoy the hunt for that special vehicle that catches my eye. Unfortunately with buying the car I have purchased many cars over the years and I really enjoy the hunt for that special vehicle that catches my eye. Unfortunately with buying the car comes the tedious process that wears on my patience most. I was surprised to find that this wasn't the case at Crown Motors. Karl did a great job in finding me the car I wanted and Kevin was expediently thorough in wrapping up the paperwork. I have any had the opportunity to utilize the service department and it preformed in a stellar manner as well! This has resulted in a satisfied customer that will surely return in the future. More
