As we all can attest, it can be a very exhausting an tiring experience that is not fun. Ron was always ready to take into account all of our requests never tried to persuade us to settle for something other than exactly what we wanted. Didn't hesitate to place an order for this recent vehicle and there was never any back and forth , wheeling and dealing that often comes with many dealers when trying to purchase a car. I live about fifty miles from crown cars and only two miles from the closest MB dealer to my home. I would never ever consider any other dealer ship other than Crown Cars and Ron Crag The last two purchases I never had to go to the dealership, Ron worked it out over the phone, and had the new vehicle delivered, had all of the paperwork done, so all I had to do is sign, hand over keys for the old vehicle and enjoy the new one.
