First Time Buyer + Crown Eurocars = Great Experience This was the first time I ever went to a dealer to shop for a car on my own. I visited several dealers with different types of cars however crown Euro This was the first time I ever went to a dealer to shop for a car on my own. I visited several dealers with different types of cars however crown Euro Cars was by far my favorite. My previous car I had for 8 years and was very nervous and scared as a young buyer. I came in with lots of requests, questions, and of course a budget. Zoltan Krempaszky was able to listen to what I shared, pick out what was important to me, and alleviated all the stress and nerves associated with the car buying process. I never felt pushed or rushed and he made it so that not only would I have options of the cars that I could purchase, but also a clear vision of the value associated with the features I would be paying for. During the few hours I spent at the dealership I was able to look at several different cars and receive a clear and knowledgeable answer for all of my questions. Mr. Klak stayed late that night to help me get the right financing for the car and was able to explain the small intricacies of how warrantees and coverage worked since this was my first time making these choices. I was most impressed overall by the fact that they were genuinely trying to help me find something that I loved, and I walked away with a Mercedes that I haven't been able to take my eyes off of. Im incredibly happy with the entire experience and hope to be able to buy from them again in the future! More

We were welcomed by Jim Smith, who made us feel comfortable. He showed us around and guided us through the multiple cars that are displayed in the lot. Unluckily, the vehicle that my wife was looking for is no longer available. But after explaining to us that certain vehicles that are still procurable has options that my wife may want to check. After carefully looking at a specific vehicle and answering all of our questions, we decided to purchase a CPO Mercedes Benz. I must say that this was far the best car shopping experience ever. Jim Smith was very informative and always ready to answer our questions unabatingly. A Sales Consultant like Jim delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience to consumers like us.
