He worked very hard to get me where I needed to be price wise and made sure that I got exactly what I needed by finding the car I wanted with the equipment I needed. When there was a misunderstanding between myself and the parts department he, I feel, went above and beyond his duty and helped rectify it and made me happy. Not expected Beautiful car, Jim had called me and said, that the car was Checked out, and had found a switch that was bad, and he had it switched out to a new one. I called Jim , his reply to me was, to hold the button down, and it should engage . Well it didn't . He said you should've purchased the extra warranty . So I paid around 50k for the car, one would think that at least the car would be 100%! Operable .. No communication with a Mercedes Benz dealer here in California to repair my cars window, electrical problem .. They offered me the extra warranty package. I went online found a better deal, and savings of 1600.00$ ! Sorry for the not so good review , but that's the truth. Salesperson Jim smith.. More
